All services on GSM HK SERVER are digital and most are processed automatically within minutes of ordering. This policy explains when an order can still be cancelled.
1. Orders that can be cancelled
- An order that is still Pending and has not yet been sent to the supplier can usually be cancelled.
- Some services allow a cancel request while In Process. This depends on the supplier and is not guaranteed.
2. Orders that cannot be cancelled
- Orders that are already Completed or delivered (a code, file, licence, credits or result has been given).
- Server / tool credits, activations and licences once they have been added to your account or tool.
- Remote services after the remote session has started.
- Services marked "no cancel" or "no refund" in their description.
3. How to request a cancellation
Open the order in your order history and use the cancel option if it is shown, or contact support at admin@gsmhkserver.com / +91 999999999 with your order ID. Support hours: —.
4. What happens after cancellation
When a cancellation is accepted, the full order amount is returned to your GSM HK SERVER wallet, normally straight away. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if the service is unavailable, the submitted details are invalid, the device is not supported, or we suspect fraud or unlawful use. If we cancel an order that was not delivered, the amount is returned to your wallet.
